Let’s all have as safe a pen show as possible!
Face masks that cover both the mouth and the nose are required in all public spaces while at the Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown hotel (including the pen show ballrooms).
In order to hold as safe a show as possible, the 2022 Philadelphia Pen Show will follow the City of Philadelphia vaccine requirement for food and beverage establishments:
- The pen show will require that everyone (18 years of age and older) who enters has completed their COVID vaccinations. Completing vaccinations means that they have completed the series of any vaccine that has been approved or authorized by either he Food and Drug Administration or the World Health Organization to prevent COVID-19. At this time it does not mean that you need to have received a booster dose.
- The pen show will accept proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken within 24 hours of entry for people who are not fully vaccinated.
- Persons under the age of 18 who are not fully vaccinated must provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken within 24 hours of pen show entry.
